The Pilates method is a ‘full body’ exercise system designed by Joseph Pilates to enhance flexibility of and strengthen the human body without adding bulk.
​​​A Pilates body is therefore lean and strong.

​​​​Pilates is suitable for all ages and consistent practice will give you numerous benefits.
To name just a few benefits:
